Meter Reading Submission on the Customer Portal
The Customer Portal provides the opportunity for fast and convenient online submission of meter readings during the official reading period. The function aims to allow customers to record their current consumption data simply, accurately, and securely, ensuring billing based on actual consumption.
The system makes meter reading recording available exclusively during the defined reading period. Outside the reading period, the function is inactive, ensuring regulated and uniform data processing. After logging in, the customer clearly sees if there is currently an opportunity for data entry.
Recording the meter reading happens on an easy-to-fill online interface. The customer enters the current meter reading, and after saving, the system gives feedback on the successful recording. The form design supports accurate data entry, reducing the possibility of typos and erroneous recordings.
The entered and saved meter reading is automatically forwarded and recorded in the billing system. Thanks to this, there is no need for separate administration or manual data processing; billing takes place based on the reported data.
